Hatchlands Park is an 18th century mansion with Robert Adam interiors surrounded with gardens in East Clandon, near Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom. Built in 1758 for Admiral Boscawen and set in a beautiful Repton park offering a variety of park & woodland walks. It also houses the Cobbe Collection, reported to be the world's largest group of keyboard instruments associated with famous composers. The house has a music room seating 80 that is home to a weekly solo and chamber music series. Carolina Pro Musica presented a concert June 8, 2005 featuring a double manual harpsichord by Burkat Shudi and John Broadwood, London, 1787. This compact disk is a live recording of that performance.
